UPDATE: Law enforcement officials and Governor Andrew Cuomo and Mayor Bill de Blasio spoke at a press conference Monday morning about a bombing that happened near the Port Authority Bus terminal in Midtown Manhattan.

The mayor said the threat to New Yorkers related to the explosion is over.
